How fast will my Windrose server be ready?
The installation starts as soon as your payment is booked, which takes seconds with a card. Small games are ready in about a minute, while big Steam games download more than 10 GB and usually take several minutes. You get an email when the server is ready.
Where is the Windrose server located?
In a data center in Helsinki, Finland, inside the EU. Players across Finland, the Baltics, Scandinavia and Central Europe get a low ping, about 45 ms from Poland.
Can I try a Windrose server for free?
Yes. You can test the smallest plan for free for 48 hours, once per account, without entering a card. If you like it, you pay and keep the same server.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time in the client area and only pay the difference for the days left in the current period. Your world, mods and settings stay.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. You are billed in PLN and your bank converts the amount. There is no contract: pay monthly or quarterly.
What if I am not happy with the server?
You have 48 hours after paying for your first order to get a full refund, without giving a reason.
